Description
Villa Cavalli is one of the first private properties built in Pantogia during the golden years of Prince Karim Aga Khan's management and direction of the Costa Smeralda.
Exteriors
Starting from 2020, with an ongoing renovation and modernisation programme, the ground floor has doubled its surface with a modern and minimalist touch, embellished with elegant artisan details and modern paintings by international artists, mixed with a few antique and Sardinian furniture.
The villa is developed on three levels for a total surface of 300 sqm.
Outside in 2023, a 24x4 metre swimming pool was built, the longest on the entire Costa Smeralda and a true jewel that will make your stay unique.
Another 120 sqm of terrace overlook the Pevero Gulf and are divided into a dining area, lounge veranda and solarium. The adjacent parking area has space for 2+2 cars.
From March 2025, a new space for staff is available.
The annexe (33 sqm) is located under the swimming pool and is available to host Susanna and Marco - caretaker and maintenance person of the villa - during your stay (in which case Marco will provide a free security service) but if necessary can accommodate client personnel.
This space is independent from the villa, guaranteeing complete guest privacy.
Guests can decide not to use the caretaker during their stay. In this case, the annexe will be closed and not accessible.
Interiors.
The villa can accommodate 9 guests as detailed below.
It has five bedrooms with large double beds (2) and double beds (2).
The fifth bedroom has a large single bed (110x190 cm).
The new suite (created in 2020) of 25 sq m - including the walk-in wardrobe - is equipped with air conditioning, a large exclusive bathroom of 14 sq m (professional shower with chromotherapy and Jacuzzi) and direct access to the garden through its 10 sq m veranda.
The new single room (built in 2021) of 12 sq m, located in the rear part of the ground floor (with a view of the inner courtyard), is equipped with air conditioning and has its own personal bathroom, functional to accommodate both an additional guest and service personnel.
The main bedroom, located on the upper floor, is equipped with air conditioning and a patio, as well as a private bathroom and shower with water massage.
On the ground floor, there is the spacious living room with sea view, fireplace and TV, the kitchen (with dishwasher), the dining room and the guest bathroom (with a small hidden office equipped with a sink and washing machine) occupy the ground floor.
Another living room, two rooms with queen-size beds and a patio with a shared bathroom are located on the lower floor. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
